How to claim your Warranty?

In such a case, the following options are offered:

  • - give an in-store credit

In order to process your claim quicker, please provide the following information about the product:

  • - the marketplace where the product was purchased (e.g. mellanni.com, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wayfair, etc.)
  • - order number
  • - date of the purchase
  • - product type, size and color

Please note that the Lifetime Warranty is only valid within the USA.
