In such a case, know the following options are offered.

Submit a request to our World Class Customer Support team via the Contact Us section on the header or the foot menu of the website.
In order to process your claim quicker, please provide the following information about the products.

- the marketplace where the product was purchased (e.g. mellanni.com, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wayfair, etc.)

- order number

- date of the purchase

- product type, size and color
