We offer an easy return & exchange procedure on all Mellanni products.
If any item received from Mellanni does not meet your expectations, simply send one email to our customer support team for assistance with an exchange or refund.
If the product is determined to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, Mellanni will replace the product or refund your purchase.
You may request an exchange, in-store credit, or a full refund towards your original method of payment for your returned purchase. Kindly note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed through the marketplace’s payment system (or banking system) as we are not processing refund payments directly.
Please note that Expedited Shipping is nonrefundable.
In order to return the item, please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions.

The return shipping is prepaid (i.e. you will pay no postage upfront) and free for all U.S. based customers.
If you want to return/exchange the item, we will provide you with the prepaid shipping label, along with instructions on how to send the package back.
In case of a refund, your purchase will be refunded within 1-5 business days.
Depending on the initial marketplace and payment method, it will appear in your account within 1-10 business days.
